The view from here is …
… cautiously optimistic. At least, most days it is.
Like you, we’re taking things day by day and adjusting our legal practice to help people during these unprecedented times.
Many weeks back now, we moved to a virtual service platform for most of our services. Our clients can stay in the comfort and safety of their own homes while meeting by phone (or through Zoom) with us. For any documents we need to review, we can receive them via fax (the old technology still comes in handy!), email or via a Dropbox upload.
We will continue to offer virtual meetings for the foreseeable future. If you have specific questions about how this format works, contact us.
We’re telling everyone we talk with to not let the pandemic prevent them from getting needed legal help. If we can help you — or a friend or family member — please let us know.
Hmmm … are we car accident attorneys?
Legal terms can be confusing. And we do love our industry jargon and sometimes forget not everyone knows what we’re talking about!
We recently explored the ways people search Google for legal help. No surprise, there are many terms and phrases people use — for example, is a car accident attorney the same thing as a personal injury attorney?
We covered this topic on our F&M blog in What is a Personal Injury Attorney? It’s a quick read we hope you check out and even forward it on to a friend.
If you have a suggestion for a future “what is …” topic for our blog, email your idea to us.
Friendly reminder about our practice areas
Depending on how you know us, you may think of us as estate planning attorneys, personal injury attorneys or civil litigation attorneys.
We have several practice areas we focus on, including the ones noted above. You can find our full list here on our site. — and also below our phone number at the end of this message.
