Robert Monroe is an experienced personal injury and estate planning attorney. For more than 10 years he has been either defending or pursuing personal injury claims in the east valley and all of Arizona.
He used to work for insurance carriers defending personal injury claims but now he focuses on helping the individuals who have been injured to obtain the compensation they deserve.
Mr. Monroe’s experience working for the insurance companies gives his clients inside knowledge on how to aggressively pursue their personal injury claims to obtain the highest amount of compensation possible. In addition to personal injury, Mr. Monroe is also an experienced estate planning attorney, helping his clients feel confident and assured that their legacies are protected.

Jacob Fleming has ten years serving clients in personal injury and estate planning matters throughout Arizona. Prior to starting Fleming & Monroe, Mr. Fleming worked for insurance companies helping to defend them against large, catastrophic personal injury claims, but now focuses his practice exclusively to helping the victims who have been injured by another’s negligence to help them obtain the compensation they deserve.
The experience Mr. Fleming gained working for the insurance companies has proven valuable in his practice now representing injured victims, as he knows better how to aggressively pursue their personal injury claims to obtain the highest amount of compensation possible.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Mr. Fleming is very experienced in estate planning law. He strives to help his clients feel confident and assured that their legacies are protected, by putting together proper, individualized estate planning documents.

As an Arizona native, Lindsay Monroe has a wide array of professional experience within the client service realm.
Most recently, as an account program manager for Human Care Systems, she was responsible for overseeing program growth and success.
Ms. Monroe is passionate about meeting the needs of the client and is very detail oriented and innovative.
Ms. Monroe brings well-rounded knowledge to the table and is committed to creating a Fleming and Monroe individualized, one-of-a-kind, client experience.
